Packaging: Archer features the standard figma box. It does a nice job showcasing the figure and it's collector friendly allowing you to remove or replace the figure without damaging the packaging.
Sculpt: Archer features a very detailed sculpt capturing the look of his outfit nicely. He has several spots where a softer material is used so as to not hinder the articulation. The work done on his coat works well with the articulation and allows for some dynamic yet natural looking poses. The tails of the lower part of the jacket protrude a bit farther than what I think is necessary but it isn't that noticeable and bothered me less over time. The belts on his pants are cleanly done and add a unique look to the character. Archer is a pretty big guy in the series and is proportioned well for his lanky physique but the figure could have been another 1/2" taller. He features 2 face sculpts being calm and angry yelling. Both swap easily and look great
Articulation: We get a very poseable figure in Archer. He features the 2.0 body and it allows you to get some pretty extreme poses out of the joints. He can kneel and cross his arms across his chest which helps to create some great stances with his provided weaponry. He features hinged toes, swivel & hinged ankles, hinged knees, ball jointed hips that also have a bit of a swivel. A ball joint at the waist & abdomen as well as the neck where it connects to the body and a swivel hinged neck where it connects to the head. The shoulder are ball jointed with a huge range of motion. He also has hinged & swivel elbows and ball swivel wrists.
Accessories: Archer includes his trademark short swords "Kanshou and Bakuya" as well as his bow and his arrow "Caladbolg II". His bow partially disassembles to allow it to be placed easier into his hand(which is still a bit difficult). As with most figma he has an assortment of hands to display him with including a special hand for grasping the arrow and a spare wrist joint just in case. He features 2 different adapters for his display base so it gives a bit more free reign in keeping him upright with even extreme poses. Lastly he includes a bag to store all your extra pieces.
Final Thoughts: Archer is a great figure with only a few tiny flaws. He was a long time coming and well worth the wait.
